It was then Lee realized her true passion is for helping people navigate through the mainstream medical world to make informed choices, provide holistic therapies and wellness coaching for anyone looking for a natural approach to feeling their best.

Autonomic Response Testing (ART) is an advanced method of muscle testing. This form of muscle biofeedback assesses the body's structural, physical and nutritional needs. Resolving the root cause of health conditions involves healing layer by layer. The body can become stressed for a variety of reasons some of which include; environment, infectious agents, emotional blockages, foods and toxins. What makes this method unique is by directly communicating with the body we are able to identify which areas need support and what the priority is for your individual body at that time. ART also allows us the ability to not only know what is going to help your body but the brand, dosage and time of day which saves you valuable time, energy and money as your progress through your healing journey.
Disclaimer: ART is not used to diagnose or treat specific diseases. The goal is to work with the body by identifying areas in need of support to restore the bodies natural ability to heal.

CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on approach that releases tensions deep in the body to relieve pain and dysfunction and improve whole-body health and performance. CST works to release tightened tissues that can affect the membrane surrounding the brain and spinal cord (the central nervous system). The session is performed with the client lying on a massage table, fully clothed. (Adaptations can be made for those unable to lie flat on table).

CST works to release tightened tissues that can affect the membrane surrounding the brain and spinal cord (the central nervous system). By releasing restrictions impairing this membrane, the fluid that nourishes the brain and spinal cord is able to flow freely. When the central nervous system is adequately nourished and toxins are able to be carried away the body is able to self-correct. This is why CST can alleviate symptoms related to many different diagnoses including migraines and headaches, chronic neck and back pain, stress and tension-related disorders, motor-coordination impairments, brain and spinal cord injuries, Fibromyalgia, TMJ Syndrome, Scoliosis, ADD, post-traumatic stress disorder, orthopedic issues And many other conditions.

Breathing exercises can help control your heart rate and have a calming effect on the body. HeartMath techniques create a sustained shift in your attitudes and emotions. The integration of positive emotions with rhythmic breathing synchronizes the nervous system and creates positive changes in your heart-rhythm patterns resulting in sustained coherence and reducing stress.
Generally, 4 to 6 sessions are recommended for a client coming in with a specific symptom complaint. The number of sessions can usually be determined after the first or second visit. The degree and time it takes to experience the desired results varies and can be affected by some of the following factors: The client’s overall state of health is an important factor; lifestyle including diet, water intake and activity; other treatments being undertaken for the symptom/condition and; length of time symptom/condition has been present.
A client with a chronic symptom/condition may require a couple of sessions to determine what has changed and if the response is positive before establishing a treatment plan.
Often after the improvement of the initial presenting symptom, the frequency of visits decreases. Some clients choose to come on a regular basis and some for a periodic "tune-up."
